My Dream House!

This is a story that Mrs Bocock told us to write about as it lets our minds run wild and our imaginations run free.
Now it's time to get your togs on - we're going to the pool. No, not the local but our very own.For more read below...

"I begged my Dad to get the pools (yes, pools with an s)and even though it cost, well let's just say I can't pronounce the number, it's way too long! We have three separate pools altogether. We have a dolphin pool, a swimming Pool and a water park pool with hydro-slides, lazy rivers, inflatables, jets and a button that activates the waves so it's like you're at the beach. Last but not least, there is an underwater
sea booth where you can swim with all sorts of tropical Fish and Coral that Dad got sent in from Fiji!"

I hope you enjoyed my paragraph on my Dream Pool from my Dream House writing.

Life Ed

During the last three to four weeks Bernie, Harrold and the Life Ed caravan have been here teaching us about puberty, drugs, brain development and stress. We said "Bye Bye" to Bernie today as she left with Harrold to the next school. We gave her a nice Giraffe toy for Harrold and a Card with our own little thank you messages as a farewell gift. We were all sad to see her go, But she will come back next year to give us three more lessons. We cant wait!!!

This is Tegan and I in the science lab. We did a rubber egg experiment but that didn't go well. Tegan looks so excited!

Forensics with Constable Neil.

In week 6-7 we had Constable Neil come in to teach us Forensic Science.
There are 3 classes in Kaituna, and each of them had a session with Constable Neil. There was a lecture about Finger printing and D.N.A,we also had a Crime Scene and a Court session.
My favourite part was taking D.N.A and finger prints of items in the crime scene.
